Entertianment: Roaring Springs Water Park located at 400 W. Overland Road has 11 different water features to help cool you off on those hot summer days.
Boondocks loctated next to Roaring Springs has entertainment for all seasons. Choose from Go karts, miniature golf, batting cage, laser tag, Arcade, Bumper Boats, Kiddie Go Karts, and many other attractions for level of expertise.
Meridian Speed Way is located just past the big yellow water tower on First Street in Meridian. Eight different types of racing divisions compete on a consistent basis. The divisions include: Street stocks, mini stocks, winged sprints, grand American modifidies, super stock, late model lites ISRL modifidies, and hornets.
If you just want to go for a swim, Meridian has one public pool located at 213 E. Franklin Road.

Businesses in Meridian have grown greatly over the past few years.Currently there is a Lowes on the corner of Eagle Rd. and Ustick. Across Eagle from Lowe's a Kohls department store and Joes Sprorting good stores are now open. Meridian has every store that you could possible want or need.Further south on Eagle Road you can find an Albertsons, and a Target.
On the corner of Eagle Road and Fairview there is Walmart, Shopko, Ross, Payless shoes, Old Navy, Babys R Us, and a lot more stores to choose from.
There are several great places to eat there as well, like Texas Road House, Applebees, Goodwood Barbecue. Red Robin, Fudruckers and Chearleaders Bar and Gril have recently opened and many more.And if you like fast food, they have that too, Wendys, Arbys, Carls Jr. are just a few that Meridian has to offer. And who can pass up a Krispy Kreme Doughnut on the corner of Eagle and Fairview.
Closer to the freeway off of I-84 and Meridian Road there are several motels, Winco grocery store, Home Depot, and a Tony Romas plus many more restaurants and gas stations.
Grocery Stores are easy to find in Meridian.On Cherry Lane there are two Albertsons, on Main there is a Winco, and there is also a Walmart superstore located in Meridian.
